Inspector/Metrology Tech. II

Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc - April 2008 to February 2013 Recipient of "Bravo" & "Bronze Bravo" Awards for team contributer & quality. Perform Linear-Dimensional calibration of variety of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment; such as OD/ ID Micrometers,

Calipers, Drop/Test Indicators, Spline Rings, Plug gages, Thread Plug Gages from gage standards, Torque Wrenches, VOM,

Power Supplies, O'Scopes, Frequency Counters; per written instructions, Bluepront reading, PDM CAD, Gidep or manufacture's specs.

Calibration Technician

Intel - January 2002 to August 2007

Use of Automated, Fluke Metcal/Metrac, and Non-Automated systems to Calibrate, troubleshoot and repair measuring and test equipment, such as digital - analog oscilloscopes; meters; generators, power sensors and physical/dimensional tools, i.e., torque wrenches, vacuum and pressure.

- Worked from technical manuals, schematics, specifications, Gidep, drawings and verbal directions and instructions.

- Made scheduled database entries, identifying work performed, equipment used and brief repair notes.

- Applied understanding of the Metrology philosophy, 4:1 equipment traceability and calibration impact on quality.

Platform Validation Tech. Intel CVC

- Performed repetitive testing of customer reference / sample chipsets via Automatic Functional Testing (AFT) and Manual

Functional Testing (MFT) while applying limited knowledge of Intel SVOS/LINUX.

Pre Test/Troubleshoot/Final Test of MCDU, Multi Capability Display Unit, Flight Management Systems for Airbus and Boeing product lines.

- ESS/Hast test and troubleshoot of MCDU's as well as Spares, i.e.; CRTs, Power Supplies, Sub-Assembly CCAs, & ECAs.

- Correct entry of test data (pass - fail) into MES Dbase.
