Enterprise VoIP Telephony System Solution (Technology/Language: Debian Jessie, AWS-EC2, X-lite softphone)

Implemented a VoIP phone system on Freeswitch-AWS with the system features including audio and video calling, messaging, IVR and SIP Security.

Rolling on a Content Delivery Network (CDN) (Technology/Language: Python, Ubuntu, EC2) Consisted of the design and functional constructs of three components: DNS, HTTP server and Cache Management.

DNS mapped the packet to the client with the best replica server while the HTTP server extracted the header information and opened the path to the replica/origin server and the cache was updated accordingly.

Recon - Best for privacy-Mobile App or Web (Technology/Language: Python, Ubuntu)

Used Recon to monitor traffic and identify the PPI (Personally Identifiable Information) leaked during a site or App visit and compare the best among the two with respect to privacy.

TCP/IP Stack Implementation using Raw Sockets (Technology/Language: Python 3.4, Ubuntu)

Performed the following: Generate and validate TCP/IP checksums, set packet parameters, handle sequence and ack. nos., duplicate packets, retransmit, in-order sequence to name a few.

TCP analysis using NS-2 Simulator (Technology/Language: NS-2 Simulator, Python 3.4, Ubuntu)

Studied and compared the TCP variants-Tahoe, Reno, NewReno, and Vegas based on Throughput, Latency and Packet Drop Rate.

Analyzed the variants under congestion, fairness and different queuing algorithms-Droptail and RED. Web Crawler (Technology/Language: Python 3.4, Ubuntu)

Designed a Crawler that gathered data (secret flags) from a fake social networking site.

Parsed through the HTML pages and extracted all the URLs using Beautiful Soup Library and obtained the result. Linux Ad-Hoc Network (Technology/Language: Ubuntu)
