Major Achievements:

• Executive and financial management including day to day oversight of 38 Radiologists, 5 Vascular Surgeons, 10 ancillary PA’s, 10 co-management company personnel and 15 administrative, HR, accounting and billing/collection employees, maintaining over $60 million in revenues annually.

• Discovered over 16,000 WRVU’s not billed by partner hospital system for amounting to over $1,200,000 in additional collections within one month joining organization.

• Instituted a quarterly true up with partner hospital system to insure capture and coding and quality indicators for the practice and generated an additional $1,000,000 in revenue in the following 3 quarters.

• Initiated discussions for implementing a 3rd retirement source to tax shelter additional retirement monies above the 401K/PS and Cash Balance vehicles via a TRIA plan. Page 2 of 4

• Executive and financial management including day to day oversight of 27 Radiologists, 3 Radiation Oncologists, 2 ancillary PA’s and 18 IT, administrative, billing/collection employees, maintaining over $50 Million in revenues annually.

• Successfully renegotiated new 10-year Professional Services Agreement, insuring group as the exclusive provider of radiology services, while increasing the percentage of collections paid to the group from the JV by 22.8%, adding $2,000,000 per year in additional revenue.

• Negotiated a new 10-year billing agreement joint ventures raising the percentage of collection rate for billing revenue by 85% and 65% respectively, totaling more than

$300K in new revenues.

• Successfully recruited and hired 7 new physicians in 12 months.

• Executed spin-off of Radiation Oncology physicians to reduce corporate subsidy by

$750K annually.

• Negotiated additional ownership purchase in joint venture from 42.5% to 49% while converting the ownership terms to an evergreen term.

• Created and implemented new self-insured level fund healthcare plan for the corporations, reducing premium costs by greater than $250K in the first year, while improving the benefit offerings to the staff.

• Negotiated increased payment rates from 165% to 208% of current Medicare with local/regional insurance carriers including Blue Shield of Tennessee, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Healthspring, with these rates still in place today.
