1. In Genpact (BPO- Outsourcing Industry) as Assistant Manager from October 2015 till date.

Process: Dentsu Aegis Network (iProspect-US) – Media Bill Payables.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable for all general accounts payable functions for Media Bill Payables of iProspect – USA.

• Provide leadership, training and development to a team of four Accounts Payable specialists.

• Hiring, training, and managing Media Account Payables Department.

• Conducting monthly & quarterly meeting to implement new efficient procedures and eliminate inefficient procedures.

• Creating & maintaining job descriptions and performance evaluations for Accounts Payable Team.

• Assisting Finance Controller with Weekly cash forecasting; provided recommendation on weekly vendor cash disbursements.

• Monitoring all Accounts Payable processes, including Vendor – Client Invoices reconciliation

• Reviewing all invoices validating all content and resolving various issues

• Efficiently managed the accurate and timely processing of over 2000 invoices per month.

• Assisting Reconciliation (RTR) team with month end processing, including accruals and account reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling a team of 3 three accounts payable specialists

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.

• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.

• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

3. In TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES as Sr.Process Associate-Band 2 –

MIS (Management Information System) and Enforcement Officer. From May 01, 2011 till March 28, 2014.

Process: CITI Bank Australia - Warehouse Recoveries

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating legal’s to the debtors having couple of years old bad debt of Credit Cards, Ready credit and Personal Loans

• Research and implementation of the Key Performance Indicator Portal.

• Create and design multiple information reports and analyze the results for the management team and business unit

• Research and analyze actionable data to the Manager to enable proactive business decisions and/or react quickly to the changing business environment
