Job Responsibilities
• Accountable for all general accounts payable functions for Media Bill Payables of iProspect – USA.
• Provide leadership, training and development to a team of four Accounts Payable specialists.
• Hiring, training, and managing Media Account Payables Department.
• Conducting monthly & quarterly meeting to implement new efficient procedures and eliminate inefficient procedures.
• Creating & maintaining job descriptions and performance evaluations for Accounts Payable Team.
• Assisting Finance Controller with Weekly cash forecasting; provided recommendation on weekly vendor cash disbursements.

• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
