Summary

I came out of college with an idea for a company, founded on the basic principle of providing innovative processes and practices for companies to provide increased value to their customers. I, and others, continually validated these results through testing and pivoting prototypes until the idea gained traction to build a business around. I continued to build sustaining ideas around the basic business model until the business was sold in 2004. After that I began a consulting service to provide innovative methods under the same premise of assisting businesses evolve their processes and company growth through such processes and practices.

I have learned from great companies such as Amazon, Apple, Google, and Virgin the difference between leadership and management. In all companies you need both. Leadership creates opportunities and management sustains opportunities. I have a blend of both. I recognize we are in an era of great change and the necessity of practicing a philosophy of continuing evolution and learning is the only way for organizations to have a future. I have studied transformation philosophy of the world’s foremost authority on leadership and change at Harvard Business School. I believe that my skills can assist almost any form of management to gain a better understanding of the necessary processes and practices needed for the 21st century.

My references and my education are listed on my LinkedIn webpage, listed above.
