SRO is a Management Consulting organization that serves several clients in the Defense, Aerospace, and Industrial products market segments.
Major Contributions:
Secured major distribution relationships with many major technology manufacturers including Philips, Lutron, Panasonic, Siemens and Cutler Hammer.
Successfully completed more than six consulting engagements focused on product marketing, new product introduction and new market introduction, sales team structure and implementation, and complete business restructure.
