ASNT LEVEL II : UT, RT, MT, PT (DPT, WPT, FPT), VT.

Mechanical Testing : Hardness, UTS, Bending, Impact.

Measuring : Vernier Caliper, Tape, Micrometer, Screw Gauge.

NDT inspection of Boiler Structure’s, Pipelines and Turbine.

Perform repairs listed on work orders.

Perform initial inspection and raise report.

Maintain the work orders as a record of work completed.

Make repairs in a timely professional manner.

Perform preventative maintenance other tasks as assigned.

Perform scheduled maintenance inspections repairs.

Ensure proper completion of work that may need to be accomplished by outside vendors.

Ensure fire safety equipment.

Notify Manager when major repairs are needed.

Ensure that maintenance tools are in good working condition and stored neatly securely in the maintenance room.

Maintain monthly tool inventory record.

Prepare test procedure whenever needed.

Prepare Data Book upon completion of jobs.
