Worked as Service & Maintenance Engineer in Confident Dental Equipment.

Installation of Dental equipment’s, autoclaves, X-rays, Chair units, Scalars, needle cutters, Light cure, OT table & Gynaec units. Servicing & analysing, trouble shooting of circuit involved various kind of electronic equipment for different use.

Capability of holding project and Maintain quality based life of equipment, safety methods, regarding medical & operational prospective.

Arranged Quality control sessions to explain better understanding about the equipment working & process description.

Had grate knowledge of different Dental units, providing cotation of Dental chairs, compressor, autoclaves & other Dental products.

Presently Working as Product Development Engineer in R&D department of (Elster Metering) Honeywell Pvt Ltd.

Single & three phase static Energy Meters hardware development, Assembly & calibration, Accuracy testing, PCB design, component mounting & SMD soldering of different packages.

Module Test procedure, maintaining accurate readings, Functional verification, Setting Specifications & Integration based on process related parameters.

DLMS communication protocol of category ‘B’ and ‘C1’ as per IS15959 run and generate test on virsion-1.4.3 kalki tech, CTT, detecting bugs & classifying them based on severity, priority.

DLMS-Software based test to check firmware performance of 3phase meters in different tamper conditions & various parameters under specific categories, maintaining the documents of related system.

4-Quadrant metering & communication protocol (RS232), (RS485), Ethernet & Modbus requirements for static energy meters.
