Work history for the last 25 years. I have been steadily employed for my entire life. I have never collected dime of unemployment. At the age of 21 I entered the Military and served for 11 years. Upon my completion of duties I received an Honorable Discharge at the rank of First Lieutenant and entered the civilian workforce.

Assistant Plant Maintenance Mechanic. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair of all plant equipment, refrigeration systems; Boiler systems. Ammonia refrigeration systems, Conveyor systems, Motor drives and gear boxes both belt and chain driven systems, packaging equipment, 3 large fryer systems with firer suppression support, 50 year old food processing systems, mixers grinders, ingrediataor mixers build in 11-21-1956, Over head and external lighting fixtures, Internal freezing evaporators 460 v. Blast freezers and holding freezer, temps must be maintained below 0 degrees in both locations. 35 foot long Praxair nitrogen tunnel, Repair and maintenance of most plumbing fixtures and piping within the plant, Complete overhaul of three 20 hp air compressor systems, oil change, bleeding of water and change of air filters. I have a strong background in the maintenance and repair of Hobart mixing equipment.

In addition to my maintenance responsibilities, I also was involved in capital purchasing of machinery, machine parts, and installation of said machines, i.e., grinders, packaging machines, large fryers, and compressors. External projects such as large repairs of loading docks, cinderblock walls, Installation and repair of garage doors and Waste Management compacting equipment.

In all phases of my employment, I have made contact with many contractors and vendors, machine shops. Also included in my group of POC (point of contact) personnel are mason contractors, electricians, boiler repair companies and general contractors. Most of which I know on a first name basis.
