Organized the INFOR/Lawson Upgrade Implementation first phase process which includes infrastructure improvements and Lawson Module phased upgrades within the Enterprise

Directed the New Chemo Computer Prescriber Order Entry (CPOE) Inpatient/Outpatient process SDLC implementation within selected Clinic Services to include Clinical Research.

Directed the conversion and implementation from their current software to the new OPTUM/PICIS software in July 2014 for their Operating Room IS needs.
