Organized the INFOR/Lawson Upgrade Implementation first phase process which includes infrastructure improvements and Lawson Module phased upgrades within the Enterprise

Directed the New Chemo Computer Prescriber Order Entry (CPOE) Inpatient/Outpatient process SDLC implementation within selected Clinic Services to include Clinical Research.

Directed the conversion and implementation from their current software to the new OPTUM/PICIS software in July 2014 for their Operating Room IS needs. It included surgical case scheduling, clinical documentation, materials management, surgeon preference card management, patient charging and reporting needs.

Managed the FDA CFR 21 Part 11 discovery process and worked with an outside vendor on the project.
