Providing 24/7 Support for Telecomm Operator & Circle Field Teams.
Maintaining & Monitoring the MPLS links Availability through ISP Vendors
Coordinating with last mile team in ISP to restore the MPLS Link
Responsible for commissioning and decommissioning of MPLS links
Generating and publishing MPLS link utilization & uptime reports
Supporting to NMS (I-Navigator) tool which is running from Solaris server
Escalating & coordinating with OSS team (NSN, Ericsson & Huawei) for OSS related issue.
Responsible for integration of OSS server with TOC server
Server level monitoring of critical services running in Solaris servers

Generating and publishing OSS NBI Uptime Report.
Creating and modifying the user rights in NMS tools and Remedy Management Tool (RMT)
