Project Coordinator responsible for all construction and refurbishment of several building in the $3M - $200 Million range in support of Area Closure Projects. The projects include design and construction of buildings, carparks and roadways and playfields. Responsible for setting up WBS. Assemble Task Analyses in support of project estimates. Establishing cost and schedule baselines and enter into site baseline reporting systems.
Responsible for the pre –qualification process in ensure that the best contracting firms are available for the projects which includes format for pre-qualification packages and evaluate process for selection of pre-qualified contractors.
Conduct site visits for the proposed projects.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing and monthly reporting of financial cost data to the executive management and performing variance analysis. Provide workarounds to the project team to meet cost and schedule.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the trend reporting and baseline change control program.
