With more than 20 years' experience I am adept for process improvement, integration and system deployments. I have extensive experience in service management, systems development methodologies, web portals, ERP solution. As well as, managing large-scale transformational change initiatives and delivery of programs that creates service improvement and efficiencies. I excel at:
