The Horizon program is concerned with providing a service to manage Shell Fuel card operations. In order to migrate the business data from the current suite of systems into the new H3 suite there is a significant data migration activity. There are circa 39 countries in scope for transformation to the new H3 applications set. The Data Migration solution is divided into eight functional areas. Each functional area is decomposed into a set of software modules for technical implementation, that define the set of steps required to transform the businesses data from source to target formats. So in order to migrate, ETL & MDM process is used to load the data for different countries.

Responsibilities:

Perform data profiling and Join Analysis on the source data and capture possible source system data anomalies.

Mainly involved in ETL Team Leading, developing and Low Level Design.

GE Answer Center (GEAC) DW project aims at providing the reporting solution to the business on the GEAC cases which helps immensely in analyzing the consumer experience with GE. Consumers would be calling the GE Answer center on a variety of reasons and each would be created as a GEAC case in the GEAC Siebel application. So, in order to provide a reporting capability, new DW tables would be created and the ETL process need to be developed to load the GEAC cases into these new tables on a daily basis.
