As a member of the Compliance Team, worked closely with the BAs to determine FFMIA complacency of their Change Request Docu-ments consisting of their Business Requirements, Processes, Solutions, and Design, confirming that the governmental Laws, Rules, and Procedures are being followed in accordance with with US Governmental--Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA), guidelines to the Test Case and Step Level “linking” the FFMIA to the event taking place in the Test Script at the Test Case/Step Level with a Transaction Code in ECC validating the Justification, which incorporates a Solution Description that correlates back to the FFMIA; While the LMP Program had utilized the “waterfall method” in the creation of the Change Request, Change Design, and Test Script documents, the Compliance Team had utilized an iterative approach Agile, which enabled the Team Members to work closely with the BAs reacting quicker and more efficiently to the incremental changes in addressing the tasks to be completed in the delivery of the product--the Justifications actively participating in the development of business requirements and documentation.
