– Director of Operations
Advanced from an initial role as the Plant Manager at the Bowling Green, Ohio facility of this $60MM world leader in the supply and life cycle management of specialty chemicals, receiving a promotion to Director of Operations in charge of locations in Bowling Green and Magnolia, Texas.
As Director of Operations, fulfilled a critical role overseeing multiple departments, including Production, Laboratory Technical Services, Environmental Services, Recycling, Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, and Purchasing, while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those of the EPA, DOT, ARB, TEAP, OEPA, OSHA and the Bowling Green Water Authority.
