Results:

Won about sixty percent of the grievances and misconduct claims on behalf of employees entitling them to back pay. Negotiated local contracts.

Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of lean manufacturing, by helping facilitate the implementation of a new promotional strategy that significantly increase the department output.
