• Helped create culture of accountability and quality by holding milling and production staff accountable to customer and internal specifications thus improving the overall quality of product leaving our buffalo location.

• Overhauled plant sample retention program to allow easier access to samples. This greatly increased management's ability to troubleshoot quality issues.

• Participated in plant GMP audits and other internal food safety inspections with QFS Manager.
