Preparing Incidents-Notification Reports for all incidents happened in yard and making presentations for monthly departments safety talks.

I conduct permit-to-work inspection onboard vessel before issuing any permits.

Conducting regular inspection and ensure that safety matters are complied with by all concerned.

Participate in different kind of drills (e.g. Fire drill, Evacuation drill, sea pollution and rescue drill etc)

I am the secretary of the Department Section review meeting & member for the Innovative Quality Convention in the department.
