Application Development Team Lead (Vodacom)

Worked closely with various project stakeholders at onshore to transform business needs into functional /technical requirements, along with re-engineering the existing applications

Designed and developed the integration between Salesforce and Siebel for the automation of opportunity and quote management using Oracle Service Bus.

The integration involved create/update of Siebel quote for SF opportunity, sync the quote details, send chatter feeds.

Implemented the integration of multiple front end system such as IVR, channels, USSD with the Oracle RODOD stack, mainly Siebel.

Used Oracle Service Bus and BPEL to integrate multiple internal and external system with Siebel to perform various functions such as Create Quote, Create/Update Order, View Order, Manage Subscriber Profile, Add/Update/View Customer Details, Returned shipment update, Bundle purchase eligibility check, Voice Biometric registration and deregistration, set/view call limit.

Developed the interface to update Siebel in case of any return or cancellation of product in LINE 500 using Business Event.

Customized the existing services to support the migration of customers from old CRM system (ICAP) to Siebel.

Designed the integration of MPESA (mobile wallet) for Vodacom.

Implemented fault handling framework using fault policy and binding policy.

Implemented throttling, work managers, reports and created customization files, config plans, release notes.
