Review the Temperature Profile of Job at Different Time. Jan 2016 – April 2016

In Steel Industry during heat treatment of a job, temperatures at each point on a slab or metal sheet at required time is of great importance to get desired properties.

Mapping of temperature from boundary to the center of plate is an important exercise. Using MAT-LAB we can know the temperature profile of the job at different time by mapping in the correct physical conditions.

this will in-turn help us to set the rate of cooling process to achieve our desired material structure and property benefitting the industry to create a simulation of the process rather than carrying out physical trials which will be a costly affair.

Portable Multi-Operational Machine Jan 2014 – May 2014

This portable multi-operational machine has four cutting tool including drilling, grinding, buffing and pipe cutting tool.

With the help of this machine, we can conduct above mentioned all four operations at a same time.

Which affect the cost by reducing time and workforce.
