I’ve spent the last 3 years of my professional life working for Prima Dental Group in the Gloucester UK facility. We manufacture dental products using 6 axis grinding machines (Nanos, M&Z with Fanuc 160i HMI). My daily responsibilities are:

I worked for the development area where we were running the latest products on endurance test rigs. Our day to day tasks were to maintain the test engines (oil viscosity and system pressure check).
I have work on the final dispatch area where we carried out the final inspection of the injector assemblies. As this station is the last before the products are shipped to the customers we had high responsibility and the job required total focus and diligence.

I was employed by Alcoa Wheel Production Ltd to assist the start-up of the manufacturing facilities in Szekesfehervar, Hungary.
Initially my role was as a trained CNC Setter/Operator to run, maintain and control machining cells like JR and Daewoo CNC Lathe; IMT, Daewoo,Chiron (5 axis) and Leadwell machining centres (Fanuc CNC, FANUC robots). Later on I was promoted to Shift Team Leader role. I have carried out my duties with dedication and gained high respect from my team members. We were highly regarded by the Senior Management as one of the best performing team.
