Human Resource Management:

• Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments.

• Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Recruitment & Resourcing:

• Responsible for various HR Functions for the India Offshore center including On-Boarding Employee Engagement, Attrition management, HR Business partnering and all other HR Operations.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Enable attrition analysis on the basis of Exit Interviews Forms. Performance Management:

• Manage & Facilitate on Appraisal process and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system.
