Prediction of Forming Limit Diagram of AA5052-H36 at Different Temperatures (2016-2017)

The aluminium alloy 5052-H36 material of different blank diameters is stretch formed and its formability will be investigated at different temperatures.

Forming limit diagrams (FLD) will be constructed by measuring the strains at different temperatures.

The temperature plays an important role on formability of recent material sheets apart from the mechanical properties, so the experimentations would be carried out on sheets at room temperature and at elevated temperatures for analyzing the formability.

Compared the experimental results with Auto form software results.

Manufacture of Injector Nozzle By Forging Process (2014-2015)

The main aim is to manufacturing an Injector Nozzle by performing different operations in forging like cutting materials, shot blasting,hammering, trimming and finally cooling the part in coke and removing the excess material.

Part of the core team to organize the Technical Fest in which other colleges were also invited.

Participated in Robotize competition was held in our college.

Received Best Student Award in tenth class.
