Working as Executive - HR in M/S RAGA TEXTILE INDIA PVT LTD, COIMBATORE from Oct 2015 on-wards and handling independently for the Unit -I.

Raga Textile India Private Limited is a Private Company incorporated on 21 January 2008. The company is involving in Spinning, weaving and finishing of textiles. We are manufacturing Cotton cushions cover, cotton kitchen linens, cotton cushions, cotton table clothes, cotton ribbed mats, cotton home curtains etc for domestic and global markets.

My responsibilities:

Handling the entire recruitment process as per industry requirements including contract labour and other categories.

Completing Back ground verification of the shortlisted candidates to release offer and to facilitate, organize on boarding of new joiners.

Responsible to complete joining formalities and co-coordinating Induction & orientation of joined employees and Maintaining employee personal file and update employee’s database.

Identifying the training needs based on the requirements and organise internal and external training programs.

Handle Time office functions and Ensure all the inputs regarding Payroll, Appraisal, Medi-claim etc.

Handling entire Statutory Compliance functions such as ESI, PF, IF, LWF and Panchayat Office.

Managing all administrative tasks like Canteen, Travel, House Keeping and Security.

Ensure all the grievances to be received from employees & resolve the issues within a timeframe.

Complete all the Exit Formalities and Co-ordinate with corporate office for Full & Final Settlement.
