When I took over as the Camping department supervisor sales were down 8% from the previous year. I hired more staff, brought in vendors to train the staff and implemented a new stocking position. Once all the changes were in place, we not only saw the numbers come back to the previous year, we saw an additional increase of 10% from the previous year.

As the Operations Supervisor, I was part of a team in charge of a major remodel of the store. This included overseeing the different vendors and construction crews working in the store.
