Directly serves as a supervisory Senior Information Technology Specialist, with overall responsibility for managing facility customer service initiatives, providing facility support and coordination for the implementation of standard information systems initiatives for BioBridge Global (BBG) and its Subsidiary. Coordination for the implementation of standard information systems initiatives for BioBridge Global to include Telephony, Video Conferencing and Data requirements for 800 user and 9 location enterprise. Responsible for BBG information polices, strategic plans, budgeting, resource acquisition and utilization, and the daily operations of the information management service within the enterprise. Maintaining Information Technology Services 8 Million dollar infrastructure budget. Maintains beneficial and functional facility relationships for information system consistency and to align information technology (IT) efforts with BioBridge Global system directions, strategies, goals, and objectives for successful systems implementations.

Completed Active Directory health check and server upgrades and domain elevation. This project also created and maintenance window for periodic upgrades, patches and fixes, to include hardware replacement for all enterprise devices resulting in improved performance.

Project Manager for the MPLS circuit upgrade for all 11 sites within the BioBridge Global Infrastructure. $500K project is being implemented on time and under Budget resulting in a 50% increase of bandwidth at all locations.

Team lead for the completion of the $460K VOIP project, upgrading the call manager and all sites to the MPLS contract and implementation of VOIP to all locations resulting in a redundant and high availability telephony system.

Implemented the ITS quality Management System (QMS) The upgrade included re-writing the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for all Service level agreements for our regulatory commission, FDA and Auditing services.

Implemented a CRL CACHE solution on the enterprise in Europe. This saved the government $800K on vendor solutions, and was adopted by the other areas in DODEA.

Responsible for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, patch management, and upgrades in support of the DoDDS Europe Network infrastructure.

Project manager for the $3.7M LAN Infrastructure upgrade initiative to improve the DoDDS networks to all campuses in Europe.

Project manager for the $5M dollar wireless access initiative to bring the DoDDS wireless networks to all campuses in Europe. This is to improve capabilities for the 1 to 1 laptop initiative and bring the schools into the 21st century technology project.

Project manager and implementer of the Europe DODDS IT Virtualization Project. This project will virtual all server and storage devices reducing the hardware footprint to comply with the federal mandates and reduce costs across DODEA.
