1990 – 1996 Owner/Operator Odd Jobs Associates – a handyman concern performing small scale repairs/improvements in various trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing and masonry for primarily private property owners. Through continued success the projects grew in size and complexity resulting in the launch of Avis Construction in 1996.

Mitchell Giurgola Architects (now MGA Partners) – a firm with global recognition for design.

Leadership Board President – University City New School – A small, private elementary school serving a diverse community in West Philadelphia. The School is no longer open. Term of Service was 1984-1987.
Vestry/Accounting Warden – St Mary’s Episcopal Church – A medium-sized church with an active and growing outreach mission serving Ardmore, PA. Served as Property Committee Chair, Accounting Warden from 2009 – 2015.
BoardMember – Narberth Community Theater – Served as project designer, manager and Board Liaison for the theater’s move into their new space in the Overbrook Presbyterian Church. 2013-2015.

1.The Robert J Koegel Public Works Complex- Lower Merion Township
Project Description – Consolidate the Townships’ public works facilities into a single site. Design/Build 3 new buildings aggregate total 12,000s.f., complete reconfiguration of existing site. Managed all phases of project from design through construction including four multiple prime contractors.
2.Kirkwood Farm – Willistown Township
Project Description – Relocate an existing residence to a new foundation and remediate large underground hydrocarbon contamination. – Managed all phases of project from design, through construction including multiple prime contractors. Size-1500 s.f. construction, 350 c.y. remediation.
3.New Residence (Commercial Client) – East Goshen Township.
Project Description – Demolish existing residence, design and build new residence. Prepared design and documentation, managed all client relations, (multiple trustees) through permitting and contract letting. Size-3800 s.f.
4.Office Fit-Out - Tamman Technologies, Philadelphia. Designed/Built corporate offices, 2500 s.f.
