Oversaw the transition of support from the AFMC RMS system with multiple vendors to RYAN Consulting Group with zero customer impact.

Conducted data mapping from banks being converted while developing programs to convert and load data into the NationsBank BankCard system.

Provided comprehensive Bank and project support for branches sold to 3 banks, extracting data from the NationsBank systems delivered to the banks that purchased sold branches.

Provided comprehensive SER support for CADG+FM, a vendor written software systems used by Facility Space Planners to aid in the tracking and management of space and equipment.

Re-engineered business process for space planners in SER by eliminating the use of CADG+FM that resulted in reduced maintenance cost for I/S and an increase in capital savings to the customer.

Provided overall system support and maintenance for the ECAT ADMIN cluster.

Served as a member of the Charlotte ECAT Logistics Systems Development Team, which installed and customized COPICS to ECAT specifications.

Designed and developed COBOL/CICS programs, Component Disbursement Systems modules in COBOLS/CICS and Batch programs and COBOL programs to report ECAT card manufacturing cycle time.
