Long term position, hired to enable CEO to assess and streamline specific aspects of the company’s operational processes while preforming day to day administrative functions.

Transitioned company’s office space into an efficient and more economical way to do business by downsizing the space into a flexible/mobile monthly executive suites environment versus the annual leased unutilized expensive fixed office space they previously occupied when I started in December 2016. Implemented May 2017.

Reshaped the company’s travel policy & procedures by bringing on board a brand new outside travel resource to work directly with the athletes and team members to book all company travel (flight, hotel, & car rentals). Implemented May 2017.

Revamped the company’s legacy fulfillment vendor relationship by introducing other advanced fulfillment solutions available. Which the owner used as leverage to negotiate better pricing and services with current vendor. This resulted in a significant cost savings to the company regarding shipping materials to all events throughout the year. Implemented May 2017.

Instituted a new tracking method for response and follow up calls to customer service inquiries to promote a more uniformed, succinct response regarding refunds, credits, and transfers of registrations to swim clinics. Implemented April 2017.

Oversaw all logistics of business travel (flight, hotel and car rentals arrangements) for company’s Olympic athletes and event managers to weekly swim clinics throughout the year.

Coordinated company contracts. Created agreements and secured required signatures from hosts for company’s nationwide swim clinics.

Produced weekly customer service communications providing reminders, changes or updates to upcoming swim clinics and distributed post clinic customer satisfaction surveys.
