In my latest employee situation as a Senior Consultant for BP, I brought my EPC project ($100M) on line ahead of an EPA deadline (with large penalties), despite several large challenges and a major delay to fabricating a critical piece of equipment (had to be rebuilt from scratch). Received acclaim from the BP Project Manager and the Construction Manager for my efforts on this project. My Years of Experience include several large EPC Projects, across several industries, independent analysis of BTC Pipeline project in Turkey, and audit of Astoria Power Plant. I am an expert in Primavera

(P3, P6, & PertMaster), including 9 Years beta testing Primavera Scheduling software. Transitioned Shaw from standalone P3 to network P6, trained division users on new software, developed scheduling procedures, and provided additional support to project schedulers as needed. Some of my other solutions include setting up the first SOX Auditing procedures, reports, and records documentation for Shaw Energy and Chemical Division; then ran department-wide project audits for the first year and a half. Auditing Major Schedule impact issues for corporate audits, such as on the Combined Cycle power plant EPC Project to develop better process for future EPCs. Worked with outside consultant to reforecast Billion-dollar EPC project. Audited BTC Pipeline Project (1700 Kilometers thru Turkey) including scheduling analysis and Monte Carlo analysis; worked on nuclear design projects, and clearance to work on White Sands Star Wars project.
