Reporting to the Head of Finance IT, I am the IT business partner/Business relationship manager and developed strategy roadmap, business analysis, delivered projects and managed business applications in Corporate Finance, Finance Shared Services and Business Intelligence. Developed internal SLAs and change control procedures to manage production issues. Managed on-site and off-site team of 62 resources supporting both Finance and Commercial applications.

Quality Governance: Championed the set-up of the Quality Governance body with members from cross-functional business process owners and IT to ensure that all system changes are tested with specific focus on end-to-end business process integration.
