Underwrote and closed on the acquisition, development and financing of 14 properties. Developed and analyzed financial models to monitor budgets, structured acquisition and construction loans and projected distributions. Coordinated due diligence and closing of 8 acquisitions totaling over $238M.

Coordinated the efforts of large project teams, including bank partners, equity investors, construction contractors, expediters, insurance professionals, PR specialists, and marketers. Managed construction projects, including reviewing budgets for condominium offering plans, obtaining permits/government signoffs, negotiating bids with contractors, representing owners in construction meetings; oversaw punch list completion and contractor closeout.

Conducted market feasibility studies and executed marketing strategy for residential condominiums, including optimizing search engine results and creating project websites, advertisement, and banner designs. Organized 9 broker open houses that brought in 200-700 brokers each of which resulted in 5-50 sales contracts.
