1.Worked as Customer Care Executive and Telecaller (Inbound) in BPO Company M/s. Vibrant Infocom Pvt. Ltd., Salt Lake, Kolkata for a period of 13 months.

2.Since September, 2015, I have worked as Customer Support Associates in M/s. Tech Mahindra, Salt Lake, Kolkata for about a year with full satisfaction

3.To get better prospect in life, I joined as Process Executive – Data with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Ltd. and worked in Kolkata office from March 09, 2016 and left the job on March 10, 2017 on some technical grounds.

1.My jobs in the aforesaid firms involved were typing on computer, preparation of Billing, Clients outstanding checking, maintaining accounts and MS Office related Works, data entry of bills, clients’ prescriptions, maintaining accounts in the form of data entry and other related works given to me time to time.

2.My job in M/s. Vibrant Infocom Pvt. Ltd. involved customers’ satisfaction, solving the various queries of customers with PAN India. Handling the customers’ queries is a challenging job in a BPO company which I have done with best of my ability and satisfaction to the company. There was no any complaint while discharging my duties from the company or otherwise.

3.My job with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Ltd. was to process the data on day today basis and submit to the company on the same date. I performed the work with Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Ltd. with full satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

1.Passed Madhyamik Examination from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in the year 2005 in 2nd Division.

2.Passed Higher Secondary Examination from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education in the year 2007 securing 52% marks in aggregate.

3.Passed B.A. from University of Calcutta in the year 2010.

Other Qualifications :

1.Completed Certificate Course in Information Technology (CCIT), & other basic programs like data entry, Internet, MS Office, Excel, Painting etc. from Naihati Youth Computer Training Centre, Naihati Branch, West Bengal.

2.Passed Typewriting in English and current speed is 45 Words Per Minute.
