I am responsible for the operation / maintenance of three 30 KW power electric boilers and inspection and three large autoclave machines for sterilization. I Diagnose and troubleshoot and repair on chiller, air handlers, reverse osmosis water purification, clean steam, Water for Injection, compressed air and emergency generator, Hydraulics Troubleshooting . Maintain boiler water testing and treatment and record the readings taken to ensure that the systems are functioning satisfactorily.

Experience with SOPs, GMP, and OSHA standards, repair and preventive maintenance of production equipment including, centrifuge, autoclaves, refrigerators and freezers. 120 to 480 volt electrical equipment and motor controls circuits and pumps, performed preventive maintenance on one 1,600 HP generators, and heating and air condition roof top unit. Also serve as the Facility Environmental Coordinator. In this position I monitor Hazardous waste weekly storage audits, equipment inspections, permits, vehicle and equipment maintenance, facility operation safety training of employees. Read and interpret building plans, Financial analysis and budget management, Microsoft office suite, Work Order Ticketing software.

Chief Engineer Boiler RM-Pressure Vessels; In 2014, I obtain a 1st class New Jersey Gold Seal Engineer license. I was responsible for the operation and inspection of two 900 horse power water tube boilers and one 800 horse power fire tube boiler and two 40 horse power steam turbine.

My duties also include installing, maintaining, and repairing 120 to 480 volt electrical equipment and motor controls circuits and pumps, performed preventive maintenance on two 750 HP, one 1,000 HP and one 1,500 HP generators and autoclaves, Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair RO water systems equipment, Knowledge of all types plumbing which include pipe fitting, welding, PVC repair and install.

In this capacity I was also responsible for two 1,000 ton carriers chillers, two 950 ton York chillers and 750 ton York chiller and the cooling towers care and water treatment.
