Senior Design Engineer Level 5; 777X Wing Structures

Developed integrated and documented structural and system requirements to establish and optimize the design for quality, producibility and cost, to produce delivery of engineering products. Developed, maintained and modify structural component designs, using CATIA V5, ENOVIA LCA & Boeing PDM design tools with a 777X Structural role in ENOVIA LCA as well as REDARS EID to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle. Proficient at developing Complete Model Based Definition including MBD’s, IRMs, ARMs, CARMs which includes, Generative Shape Design, Assembly, Parts Definition and FT&A workbench’s. Familiar with the Composite workbench, 787 IVT use and Autofastener. Created and developed DQA checklists for releases of engineering data.
