Director of Maintenance – Responsible for all maintenance work orders on a portfolio of over 1,700 tenanted homes for 20+ investors. Completed payroll of 10 techs on a weekly basis along with audits of work orders received and completed. Making sure that all work was done in an adequate time frame. Worked with owners and tenants on a daily basis making sure that both parties were taken care of.

Project Manager – In charge of running 10-20 renovation projects per month. Budgeted over 3,000 homes throughout this 3 year span. Managed each projects budget via excel to make sure that all projects came in at or below budget. Responsible for ordering all renovation materials needed along with hiring sub-contractors to complete the scope of work to Key Property standards.

Acquisitions – Opened up 4 new markets for foreclosure purchasing. In charge of market research and auction training for each. Implemented underwriting strategies for new markets to streamline acquisitions. Oversaw all auction data for each market and took part in each markets auctions.
