2015-2016 Lennar – Field Verification Manager
Restructured the purchasing process of all the necessary trades for all the common areas of 40 Lennar’s communities in the South East FL. adding feasibility and budget control.
Executed take-offs and created budget.
Request and negotiate the pricing with all providers and create and audit the Purchase orders and Invoicing.
Verify the quality and quantity of the materials delivered on site and any difference of the take offs and the quantities billed if any.
