• Working a Technical lead/Sr Developer for Interface development for the SFR. Developed more than 140 interfaces in all the modules and also working a functional consultant for Poland interface .

• Developed Custom Business functions for the processes like Ship Confirmation, PO receipt, Inventory Adjustment, Inventory Transfer which are either used in the BSSV or the custom Reports.

• Sales & Purchase Order Creation, Voucher Creation, Inventory Adjustment, Inventory Transfer, Ship confirmation, PO receipt using the BSSV & using the custom report.

• Complete design & developed the new tool for the Storage of reports (Invoices, Vouchers, PO Print) in the UCM (Universal Content Management). User can able to view the pdf’s as attachment in JDE., The tool called as JDE UCM integration Tool. There is no need to customized any standard or custom report for this tool.

• Provided the design to retrieve the BI output (PDF & XML) & store it in the shared locations for the JDE UCM Tool.

• My responsibility for the Poland Interface is to study the existing Process of interfaces, Find the GAPs & the Custom reports or statutory reports required for the process. Prepare FSD for JDE & Middleware (EDIFACT 96A). Testing of the developed object, Testing with User, UAT. It’s an interface between the JDE & the Warehouse (DB Schenker). JDE send the Sales Order information to DB Schenker using the Middleware (SOA). JDE UBE insert the data in the custom table & SOA pick & create an EDIFACT file for the DB Schenker & place it on the SFTP. DB Schenker process it in their system & the Ship confirm details back to JDE. SOA pick the EDIFACT file & insert the data in custom table. JDE validate incoming the data & process the correct data for the ship confirmation. Error data packed as error and email is send by SOA to the respective team member. After the shipconfirm process is done called another report to process reprising, excise process, then call the Packing list report, Excise report (Statutory reports), then call the Cycle count & Invoice Report . End of day Sales Update run & complete the process.

• Developed the Process to create the Sales Order & then related Sales Order & Purchase order (like SO, SK/OK order creation). Data are coming from the Octane tool & the incoming data is inserted into the JDE custom table by SOA. Based on the data report is creating the SO or SO SK OK orders. After the creation of the SO order, another Acknowledgment report is send to the customer. Then create the SK OK orders. Challenges faced is,if the report is processed for more than 1000 records, provides the “ memory error”. By reducing the number of records in one process we can achieved the solution.

• Created a Business function to retrieve the error code happening inside the Business function. Standard/ Custom business function does not returns the Error Item through the Business function, normally returns the error value (0 or 1). We faced lot of issue to know the error code throwing inside the Business Function while processing the process (Sales Order creation, Purchase order creation, Ship confirmation, PO receipt, Inventory Adjustment or transfer. We need to replicate error in the Application to know what is the exact error. To reduce the duplicate effort, developed the Business Function which provide all the error Item thrown by the Business Function.
