I’ve worked with clients in the Customer Service Industry, for most of my working career. As a young adult, I can say that I’ve grown to thoroughly enjoy it. Precision Discovery; Greenwood Village, CO December 2015 - March 2017 I was a Billing Assistant for a eDiscovery and Computer Forensics company. I handled monthly invoicing, and Accounts Receivable throughout our company’s clientele. Some of my other duties included use of Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and numerous other tasks. At Recall, I worked as a Data Entry specialist. I compiled documentation and spreadsheets to organize specific information from case files for clients. Colorado Insurance; Littleton, CO - June 2014- June 2015 I was a Customer Service Representative and a Processor for Colorado Insurance. We would answer phone calls, and greet clients in person for any servicing needs they may have relating to their Home, Auto or Life Insurance Policies.

Beauty Brands; Lone Tree, CO - November 2013 - March 2014 I was a Shift Manager at Beauty Brands. I took care of managerial duties, money handling, opening and closing the store, answering the telephone in our Salon and Spa, as well as daily leading a team of Client Care Specialists and Beauty Specialists toward reaching our goals. Vision Craft; Walled Lake, MI - August 2012 - June 2013 I worked in the Data Entry department at this optical lab, keying in and inputting all of the new jobs that we received electronically and through mail. This job also shared responsibilities with the shipping department, where I increased my knowledge of UPS, as well as learned all other forms of how to outsource our completed jobs.
