ETA MELCO Elevator company is a joint venture between ETA (Emirates Trading Agency), Dubai and MELCO (Mitsubishi Electric Corporation), Japan, have designed, developed and contributed immensely to the Elevator industry.

Worked on Support tickets and interfaces as part of the SAP SD consultant

Created a Plant with SD/CS customizations.

Worked with Functional Location, Equipment, Work Center, Equipment, Maintenance Notification, Tasklist, Maintenance Plan.

Done the complete Reconstruction and Repair Work cycle which was integration with FI, HSS, supplementary and installation work cycle.

Defined organization units SO, DC's, Divisions, Plants, sales offices and sales groups as per their customized business.

Implemented a new tax code, Krishi Kalyan Cess

Mitsubishi Roll-Out:

Project Type: Roll-out

Mitsubishi is setting a new plant in India to start manufacturing of elevators for the Indian market. They are introducing the “NEXIEZ-LITE”, a new product developed for low- and mid-rise buildings.

Gathered requirements related to Sales and Distribution and Customer service and implemented them.

Prepared blueprint for both the modules (Sales and Distribution / Customer Service)
