Background
As a part of the KPMG HR Advisory practice, Tera brings over 5 years of Workday consulting experience to help deliver industry leading solutions for customers in the SaaS environment; with over 13 years of experience in the management of projects, design, development and implementation experience.
Tera has knowledge and experience in systems, human resources, as well as training and education. She is a Master Facilitator for KPMG for the 2016-2017, and has over 10 years of experience as an adjunct instructor that can help drive employee engagement, performance and adoption of technology.

Extensive experience in the private sector, including Aerospace/Avionics, Financial Services, Insurance, Semiconductor, Consumer Goods, Materials Manufacturing, and Healthcare. She has been Workday HCM, and Engagement Management certified since 2011.
HRIS Expertise
She also has the unique perspective of a Workday HCM Product Lead, Engagement Manager, and Architect. As an HCM lead, she has expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Onboarding, Performance Management, Absence, Time & Attendance. Additionally she has assisted several clients with Workday assessment, business process optimization and expansion activities post go-live to review Security, Controls, Dashboards, and Projects.
Methodology Development
As a member of the team that helped to develop the KPE methodology with Workday, she has brought her knowledge HCM, Platform projects and that of the application, and implementation experience to the KPE methodology making KPMG a leader in expedited Workday Delivery inclusive of HR Transformation, Change Management and Technology Implementation.
