Accompanied Senior Attorneys to Board meetings of various companies, where I prepared minutes of such board meetings, drafting writ of summons and pleadings including statements of claim, observed Pre-trial settlements, engaged in negotiations, drafted contracts, demand notices, and terms of settlement, undertook legal research to assist Senior Attorneys in diverse ways, Council Clients.

Mediated conflicts (commercial and noncommercial) between individual persons and agreed on a settlement under the supervision of a senior attorney. Educated individual citizens and groups on their legal rights, human rights and responsibilities. Organized lectures in schools, churches, hospitals and prisons to talk about the various civil rights and legal rights available to the participants.
