Work Description
. Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer
requirements, performance standards and completing technical studies.
. Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
. Acquire material quotes and place orders from vendors.
. Deciding the manufacturing processes requirements as per design.
. Managing of raw material and distribution to vendors for machining
activities.
. Managing manufacturing processes with vendors and suppliers.
. Design of Control Panel.
. Supervise the wiring of Control Panels.
. Confirm product performance by conducting tests on Control Panel, PLC,
HMI, Pneumatic Systems and Sensors.
. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating
activities and resolving problems.
. Be a primary contact to assigned clients and report their needs,
concerns, or requests to the Project Manager
. Maintain project database by entering and backing up data.
Projects undertaken:
(1) Client- Autoline Industries
Project - x104
Designing and drafting of components of x104 brakeline and clutchline in
creo 2.0,assemblying of mechanical manufactured components,and
manufacturing of mechanical components by vendors of machining,Refurbishing
of the machine for component placement, Servicing and replacing of
Pneumatic cylinders, Integrating the pneumatics of the machine and
Integrating the control system. Programming of Allen Bradley Micro 850 PLC
using Ladder program.

Project-tactile pressure measurement system on different combinations
switches
BY using s viper 650 robot of adept and national instrument hardware made
the mechanical arrangement of fringer of gripper
motors to measure linear pressure and torque.Integrated pressure sensors to
check the grip made by the fingers of gripper motor.Integrated electrical
hardware to make provision for vertical and horizontal slide of robot of
six axis.
