Routine checking of all equipments

Shift hand over

Routine chemical dosing

Routine change over pumps and compressor

Aware of work permits

Monthly shut down operations

Emergency shut down operations

Start up and shut down activities

Report time – to –time abnormalities, failures and take corrective measures according to the instruction from the control room .

Maintain safe operation and safe working procedure

Knowledge of SAP : Have Knowledge of Production, Power, Downtime punching Fuguai Punching, Breakdown Notification punching, Material list, Preparation of purchase requisition of materials as per requirement, Preparation of spares store issue voucher to release of Inventory from Stores dept. through SAP. Extraction of Data from Sap.

Knowledge of TPM Culture and 6s: Have knowledge of TPM and 6s,JH pillars, KK pillars. Auditing of EHS and risk compliance.

Taken Project on 6s for completing the pendencies related to TPM ands 6s (2 months) and successfully completed.

Fire and Safety: During all operations, give maximum importance to safe plant and equipment operation. Familiar with: Fire Alarm Systems, fire fighting equipments, Gas monitor alarm, water sprinkler systems etc.

Familiar with safety handling of Methanol, Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Chlorate,ClO2 gas,So2,Sodium Sulphate etc.
