H & H Swiss Machine Components (May 2015 – April 2017)

Process control Inspector/ Quality Analyst.

1.Perform visual and mechanical inspections of incoming and in-house manufactured metal parts made on Swiss Screw Machine.

2.Performing First Article Inspection.

3.Parts inspected with process drawing of tight tolerance like +/- 0.0002”.

4.Document the non-conforming parts and moving it in to NCMR area for further decision of MRB.

5.Calibrating In-house measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, and Thread gage etc.

6.Daily review of SPC charts of all parts made on the machine and taking necessary steps to keep the SPC as per company’s preset standard.

Electro Mechanical Quality Control Inspector Level III

International Techinidyne Corporation (ITC). ITC manufactures disposable medical devices and Measuring Instruments used for analyzing whole blood Coagulation using a Hemostasis management and Point Of Care testing products. International Techinidyne Corporation (ITC) is certified internationally for ISO13485 and 9001 standards, and is an FDA approved corporation.

Responsibilities:

1.Perform mechanical inspections of incoming materials/parts.

2.Perform First article inspections and Validation assistance.

3.Perform in process inspection for the molding department, assembly department and packaging departments.

4. Prepare non-conformance reports for non- conformance products using Track Wise Software.

5.Inspections are performed using MIL STD 105E, ANSI/ASQC Z 1.4, ISO 2859-1 Standards 2008, and C=0 Sampling plans.

6.Knowledge of inspection equipment such as Smart Scopes (Optical / video Cordiant Measuring Machine),Deltronic Optical Comparators, burst testers, leak testers, Spectrometers, Micrometers, Chantillon Tensel / compression machines, Vernier Calipers, Micrometeres, pin gauges, Height Gage and other various gauges. Tolerances are inspected and measured to 4 place decimals (X.XXXX).

7.Performing LSRs’ (Laboratory Service request) to aid in CAPA Validation Studies and other needs.

8.Ability to program Smart scope.

9.Proficient with reading engineering drawing and Geometrical tolerancing.

10.Managing all records of inspections, Reviewing DHR (Device History Records) and DMR (Device Manufacturing Records) and keeping them in an organized Manner.

The Medtech Group is a medical device manufacturing company compliant with FDA, ISO, Six sigma lean management etc.

Responsibility:

1.Carrying out In-process and final inspection of all assembled and onsite plastic molded articles as per SOP.

2.Checking of all lot # and IMR # of the parts used in assembly.

3.Opening the new lot and closing it after completion of the job as required by SOP.

Quality Assurance Inspector, C&K Plastics, Metuchen, NJ (March 2006 – Jan. 2007)

C & K Plastics is a commercial plastic extrusion company having six lines of extrusion, 3 big size thermoforming plastic machines and 5 CNC finishing plastic cutting machines.

Responsibility:

1.Carrying out the first-piece inspection of various vacuum formed parts following the molding, CNC cutting and assembly operation. Document the findings.

2.Inspection of all incoming raw materials received including sheets, packaging and hardware.

3.Inspection of RMA material and documentation of the results.

4.Certified internal auditor for the recently obtained ISO 9000 certification.

5.Periodic calibration of measuring instruments such as the Vernier caliper, height gage and micrometer.
