( A charity Organisation in Chennai; working for the welfare of mentally challenged women and their children )
As one of the four members in our group, we engaged in several activities during the internship period.
(i)Identified mentally challenged women who needed care and got them admission in Rehaboth
(ii)Helped in taking them to hospital for treatment
(iii)Assisted in Fundraising for Rehaboth
(iv)As a part of our community program we helped 35 mentally challenged women under rehabilitation to visit the Vandalur Zoo.
(v)Project - Research done: Challenges faced by Mothers of Mentally challenged children

Brief description of Self
I am a determined and self motivated person. I have made an effort to develop my skills and experience in different ways. I have matured as an individual and my experience of working with others – both colleagues and customers – has contributed a lot to my interpersonal skills.
I believe, I have strong communication skills and I relish working with others; just as I am able to work on my own scheme. I don’t hesitate to seek guidance if needed and I’m a quick learner.
I have also taught Maths and Science, for age group (10 – 15 ) years . During final year at college, I have raised fund for our College Udayam Event. Coordinated Travel & Accommodation for study tour programme while at college.
