Team Lead / Quality Assurance – Sales Force - Complex Care Management

Provided QA team leadership to support the testing of the new and improved version of the Salesforce Application UI which will eliminate current inadequacies, production problems and be an integral part the Pathway Project, which is being designed to migrate Complex Care Management (CCM) LOB’s – INSP / IESNP / DSNP – off the Care One to Complex Population Management System.

Used the Agile Software Development Process which divided the work that could be completed into two week sprints (there were over 30 sprints)

Managed the QA team of 4 testers to make sure that their test cases and test plans captured the Business Analyst’s Requirements. Defects were documented/resolved with explanations and screen shots if applicable, daily meetings to discuss any issues that needed to be resolved, etc.

There were daily scrum calls that monitored the progress of each story and dealt with any issues, defects or needs of the participants(developers, testers, BA’s, SA’s and Architects)

participated in the hands on testing of the Salesforce UI

Also was involved in testing “Pathway Member Ingestion and Identity Management Software” and “Campaign Data Load Solution Integration”

Held meetings with the QA team to transfer the knowledge that I acquired while working on the “Pathway Member Ingestion and Identity Management” process. This process is complex and the data exported from this process is critical to the rest of the system and needs to be 100% correct.

This testing involved the process of creating/ transporting data using client input files which were processed through the system to various data bases and associated tables.

Validation of the data included correctness of the data, edit rules being followed, error conditions working correctly and Etl processes functioning properly

Used Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Work Bench, Excel Spreadsheets and Sales Force UI, to validate that the data was correctly transferred from client input files and processed through the system to the various data stores and then loaded into SalesForce.
