Waddell & Reed needed assistance with documenting employee’s critical knowledge prior to lay-off, as well as someone to guide their Mainframe Migration project among multiple other simultaneous projects. Originally I was contracted for three months, I was extended twice. Contract completed 12/30/16.
Elicited information from key staff and documented their processes and knowledge
Wrote standardized processes across business units
Created “How to use” documentation, gathering all existing documents and combining these into a working document used to create Run Books.
Assisted with ERP and mapping distributed data; designing flow-charts and process docs

Using online access to data from Paycor, Paycor HRP and Cornerstone’s Payroll data detected anomalies, confirmed, produced data map for correction. Also included Future Visions document incorporating outsourced and third-party labor.
