Job Role I; - Assistant Cook Production pastry depatnment 3year 9 month experience h

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

Prepare different kinds of cold foods such as salad and sandwiches.

Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.

Monitor food quality while preparing food.

Set-up and break down the work stations.

Collect and assembled all food required to the event venue such as starter to the main courses on the food menu.

Check and analyzing the food if its on the right order list for the event.

Setting up the temperature of the coolers, and freezers and log all required temperatures.

Arrange buffet chairs and tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.

Displayed foods items on the table in attractive manner with placing menus on board.

Explained recipes and culinary methods to guest on their demand.

Cleaned and packed unused food and dishes.

Handled trash and waste efficiently and ensure the venue is clean after event is completed.
